The number of non-governmental organizations in the Czech Republic is still growing, therefore this thesis focuses on the process analysis of one of them, a student association AIESEC Brno. Through its areas, AIESEC Brno offers several products to its market, such as foreign internships and projects focused on business and sustainability education. Based on the individual analyses, the competitiveness, the ability to meet the needs of the customer, the financial situation, and the growth and strategy of each area of this organization were evaluated to identify the main risks and subsequent recommendations for the organization. Through questionnaire surveys, it was found out that clients are very satisfied with the services of AIESEC Brno. Furthermore, the individual analyses showed that the most successful area with great potential is Local Projects. Based on the results from both the BCG matrix and the service analysis, the area of Outgoing Global Exchanges is a stable area which brings constant profits despite facing a lot of competition. The Incoming Global Talent area has stopped generating profits due to a lack of innovation in approaching companies and market changes.

The problematic working factors are financial conditions, obligations arising from the legislative framework, uncertainty about the sustainability of services, view of society and the low level of spatial facilities. Improving project management processes in a non-governmental, non-profit organization.
Miko, Viktor Ján ; Širáňová, Lenka (referee) ; Kuczewska, Joanna (advisor)
Práce zkoumá problémy, kterým čelí nestátní nezisková organizace při získávání a udržení kvalifikovaných projektových manažerů. Problémy vyplývají z nízkých platů a jedinečných charakteristik cílové skupiny. V důsledku toho organizace najímá mladé, nezkušené absolventy a poskytuje jim školení v oblasti projektového řízení.

Not only the state plays a part in the social field through its institutions or established organizations, but also non-governmental organizations, which are significant actors in the field of social services. The main mission of non-governmental organizations in the social field is to provide services in the context of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services.
